The University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Behavior and Development is looking to hire a full-time PhD Neuropsychologist. We are seeking a dynamic individual interested in a clinical practice and resident education in an outpatient setting. Our division sees children with the broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral issues. In this position, the candidate will be an involved in the teaching of Pediatric residents as they gain a better understanding of child development during their Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics rotation by observing testing and discussing implications with faculty afterwards. This understanding of various types of testing and the information gained will enhance their ability to provide appropriate and effective referrals to their patients, ,medical students, nurse practitioner students, pediatric and psychiatry residents. The candidate would also be able to work at more than one practice setting (inner city and suburban).
The Academic rank and salary of the candidate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications as evaluated by the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine.
